Have a favorite tie you'd like made into a bow? Most four-in-hand long ties can be remade into bowties. Some tips: Make sure the design that looks good "up and down" will look as good when you turn it ninety degrees and see it "sideways". Small prints look best. Very narrow ties generally aren't wide enough. Dad's, Maverick and Highliner Styles are too wide for conversions. Sometimes there are worn spots that don't show until the tie is taken apart.
